Senior Business Systems Analyst (Minnesota, hybrid)
SkyWater has partnered with a mid-sized manufacturer and a regulated, global footprint that is hiring a senior contributor to sit inside its Corporate and Operations Applications team, focused on Finance. This is not a requirements-only role. You will own small to mid-size Finance projects from initiation through hypercare, including solution selection, risk management, and stakeholder communication, while also functioning as the go-to resource for the Finance business users on the company’s ERP environment.
You would be a key voice in how the business interacts with its ERP system, and you need to be comfortable operating in ambiguity rather than needing a locked roadmap on day one.
What’s non-negotiable: five or more years as a business analyst working in ERP with a Finance concentration. Project management experience running full project lifecycles is required, not preferred.
Onsite 3 to 4 days a week in the Twin Cities area.
This is a salaried position complete with benefits & bonus. Must be local to MN, and cannot require sponsorship.

- Experience working within Finance & Accounting
