Vice President of Enterprise Operations & Supply Chain
I have been retained by The Toro Company (NYSE: TTC) to lead the search process for their next Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain.
Founded in 1914, Toro is a global leader in outdoor environment solutions across turf and landscape maintenance, snow and ice management, construction, irrigation, and outdoor lighting. With fiscal 2025 net sales of $4.5 billion, Toro serves customers in more than 125 countries through respected brands including Toro, Ditch Witch, Exmark, BOSS, Ventrac, Tornado, and Lawn-Boy.
Reporting to the current President and Chief Operating Officer (and soon to be next Chief Executive Officer effective November 1, 2026) — this leader will be Toro’s senior-most Operations and Supply Chain executive, overseeing a 6,500-person global organization, six direct reports, 16 manufacturing facilities, six distribution centers, and the end-to-end supply chain, including manufacturing, sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, engineering, quality, EHS, lean, and continuous improvement.
The primary mandate is to build a world-class, flexible, and efficient global supply chain that improves operational performance, reduces costs, enhances safety, and delivers superior customer, employee, and supplier experiences. This leader must balance manufacturing stability with volatile customer demand, seasonal fluctuations, and an unpredictable retail environment.

- Developing the long-term operations and supply chain strategy.
- Modernizing manufacturing through automation, digital transformation, and “factory of the future” initiatives.
- Optimizing acquisitions and integrating operations across the enterprise.
- Driving lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and enterprise-scale efficiencies.
- Building organizational capability by developing current and future operations leaders.
- Strengthening customer engagement and external credibility while partnering with the Board and executive leadership.
