An AmLaw 200 firm with a national platform is seeking a litigation associate with 3+ years of experience to join its business and commercial litigation practice in New York. The work spans high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and trial matters.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of commercial and business litigation experience
• Experience preparing pleadings, motions, and briefing on complex matters
• Proficiency with e-discovery and fact development
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to work through complex factual, legal, and logistical issues
• Eligibility for admission or an active New York license; judicial clerkship experience preferred

Compensation: $215,000–$250,000 base depending on experience, plus a discretionary merit bonus.
