Director of FP&A & Treasury
I’m thrilled to be partnering with a repeat client looking to add a Director of FP&A & Treasury to its growing finance organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a broad leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys operating beyond traditional FP&A and wants exposure across strategic finance, Treasury, M&A and executive reporting.
This individual will lead an established team while serving as a key business partner to the CFO and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and strategic analysis
- Own executive and Board-level reporting
- Oversee Treasury strategy, including banking relationships, debt, covenants, liquidity and capital planning
- Support and lead financial modeling, due diligence and integration related to M&A
- Partner cross-functionally with operational and commercial leaders
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A and Treasury team
- Continue enhancing reporting, analytics and financial decision support
Ideal candidates will bring:
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Strong FP&A and financial modeling background
- Manufacturing experience
- Treasury experience
- M&A exposure
- Strong executive presence and business partnership skills

Hybrid schedule, three days per week in the office.
