Senior Director of Data and Analytics
We are partnered with a global manufacturing client HQ in the Twin Cities to bring on a newly created Senior Director of Data and Analytics. If you are looking for a non-ivory tower data leader position where you can truly build something out and make a big impact this position should be to your liking.
In this role you’ll own enterprise data strategy end-to-end with focus around governance, standards, and a multi-year Master Data Management roadmap (starting with Product & Customer domains). Real authority to define how the business’s most critical data gets created, owned, and used.

Desired Skills and Experience
* 10+ years leading enterprise data strategy, governance & standards * Strong MDM chops with deep experience in architecture, stewardship, match/merge, exceptions *Manage, mentor, staff a data team that can deliver data to meet business needs *Establish and manage budget for Analytics, Data, and MDM strategy * Ability to align business + IT without relying on direct authority *A strong communicator who lead across functions to align business and technology *Bonus: manufacturing, global/multi-system, or cloud data platform experience
