Project Manager- Utilities
The Estimator / Project Manager’s primary responsibility is two-fold; (1) bid and secure projects within the Residential Development Market with an emphasis on Utility Infrastructure to the satisfaction of the Client and the standards of not only the industry, but that of our company..
Responsibilities
- Accurately estimate quantities and productions/crews required
- Evaluate design options and recommend alternative solutions or approaches as needed to secure work
- Complete job setup including subcontracts and purchase orders
- Track job costs and accurately project cost to complete – complete fiscal responsibility
Desired Skills and Experience
- BS degree in Construction Management, or equivalent
- Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Blue Beam and all HCSS software programs
- Prepare 3D Volumetric Plans
- Project expience up to 25M
