Litigation Associate Attorney
A well-established San Francisco firm is seeking experienced litigation associates with three to five years of law firm or judicial clerkship experience to join its litigation practice group.
Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in general commercial litigation, along with interest in one or more adjacent areas: white collar defense, land use, intellectual property, and labor and employment.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling commercial litigation matters across a range of industries
- Conducting internal investigations
- Advising clients on compliance and high-risk employment issues
- Representing clients in state and federal court
Qualifications:
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Three to five years of relevant law firm or judicial clerkship experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Commitment to high-quality client service
Compensation: $240,000 to $280,000, based on class year, for candidates with three to five years of experience.
