I’m partnering with a large PE backed global business to help them identify their first Director of SEC Reporting as they prepare for an IPO. This is a newly created role due to their growth, and part of their long-term leadership succession planning.
You’ll report to a sharp Controller we’ve known for years who has a track record of building high performing teams while maintaining a strong culture and work/life balance.
Desired Skills and Experience
10-12+ years of Big 4 audit or advisory experience Public company or IPO ready experience Strong communication and project management skills
