SkyWater is partnering with an growing electronics manufacturer based in the north metro who’s looking to hire a Master Scheduler for their team! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced scheduling or production planning professional who wants high visibility and the chance to shape a growing S&OP function from within. In this position, you’d own the master scheduling function while partnering with sales, production, and supply chain to execute against forecasts & drive improvement in on-time delivery performance. Our client is a privately held company with a 50+ year history designing and manufacturing connectivity solutions, and they’re currently investing in modernizing their supply chain function. Responsibilities

  • Build and own the master production schedule, balancing internally manufactured items with supply chain-sourced components to keep customer commitments on track.
  • Monitor schedule attainment in real time, proactively flagging gaps and driving recovery plans when the plan is at risk.
  • Partner with internal operations and outside suppliers to validate capacity against demand and keep utilization aligned with the production schedule.
  • Design and refine planning processes and tools to improve schedule accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Track and report on key planning metrics such as forecast accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Contribute forecasting and capacity insight into the company's evolving Sales & Operations Planning process, helping shape a more structured, cross-functional approach to demand & supply alignment.
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, and/or supply chain management.
  • Solid understanding of S&OP best practices with prior experience owning or being involved in a formal S&OP process preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment required with electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal).
