Our client, a well-established professional services organization based in the Twin Cities, is seeking a Human Resources Operations Manager to join their team. This is a newly redesigned role reporting directly to firm leadership, offering the opportunity to own HR technology strategy and drive meaningful process improvement for a growing organization.
Responsibilities
-Serve as the organization's go-to resource for its HRIS platform, driving automation, reporting, and data governance improvements -Partner cross-functionally with Finance and other internal stakeholders to support workforce reporting and analytics needs -Provide oversight of payroll compliance and serve as an escalation point for payroll-related matters -Support benefits and leave administration as needed -Field employee questions on firm policy and recommend improvements -Deliver light, system-focused training to end users
Desired Skills and Experience
-Strong HRIS/HR systems experience with Workday -Experience with HR reporting and analytics -Payroll oversight experience (hands-on payroll background a plus, not required) -A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can operate independently without a rigid playbook -Strong multitasking skills and comfort with a fast-paced, high-touch environment -Professional, client-service-oriented demeanor comfortable engaging senior leadership
