I cannot express enough gratitude that I have with the work that Danille has done with filling needed positions. The Washington, IL position has been a hard one to fill/keep, and Danielle listened to our concerns, needs, expectations – provided very good feedback and asked us awesome questions. Without her assistance and her ability to bring in people that fit BTD – we would possibly still be looking for a candidate. In the few days that our new hire has been with us – she is showing the alignment of everything that we were looking for. Danielle is the best!!!!! She keeps the energy level high, works well at all levels of our company leadership and we truly feel she cares about our business and our needs.
