Municipal Attorney
SkyWater Search is partnering with a Wisconsin municipal law firm to add a municipal liability attorney to its busy practice. This is a great opportunity to work with dedicated municipal law attorneys in a supportive environment. The role is offered for a 4-day work week schedule due to the nature of the practice.
An ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a combination of:
-municipal codes, licensing, and ordinances
-liability defense
-municipal prosecution
-labor and employment
-real estate, development, land use, and zoning
-taxes and assessments
-contract negotiations
Must be passionate about a career in municipal law. The culture at the firm is great, with an emphasis on work life balance. The office is in northeast Wisconsin, but a lot of the work is onsite with clients or remote. Compensation includes a base salary with a generous commission structure. No minimum billables requirement – simply do good work and be responsive to client needs.
