My experience with Kyle and his team was a very positive one. He was able to identify a great candidate for us and our new employee is working out well! Kyle was also able to work out an amicable arrangement with the fee, which I very much appreciated. We would have probably moved in a different direction if the fee would have exceeded our budget.
