My experience working with Chase has been very positive – working with him has been a breath of fresh air after the experience I’ve had with another search firm. Chase quickly sourced and presented several qualified candidates for the Director, Supply Chain Development position. We had 2 strong candidates at the end and ultimately offered our finalist.
I’m working with Chase on a very challenging position – Director of Parts, Garments & Accessories and he has provided many great candidates and has been resilient throughout the process. Admittedly, the candidate profile our CEO is seeking is a bit unrealistic and a bit of a moving target. I’m sending Chase some additional positions to work on this week.

I would only have positive feedback to share on my experience with Tim on this placement. I am really excited to have our new hire on the team. He started yesterday and in the course of a few meetings I can already tell he is going to make a big impact on our company. I thought the profile of this candidate was a great fit for our needs – up & comer with Manager title looking for next jump, good balance of network infrastructure & applications. His biggest strength is his direct style – he is not going to take any BS from anyone, which is what we need.
