My experience with Kirsten was good. She was timely, followed up appropriately, and assessed the candidates she presented accurately. She was available when I needed her and I felt she used my time effectively. The only thing that could have gone better, in my opinion, was having a larger candidate pool to screen and compare to. I realize that the position we were filling is challenging to source so this may have just been representative of the current market. I would definitely work with Kirsten again.
