I was just a few months into my role at my current company and found myself frustrated working with internal recruiters who were overworked and only presenting inbound candidate leads. Without a doubt, the only recruiter I called was Laura. Laura is extremely well-networked and has such a wonderful personal brand of being knowledgeable, strategic, networked, kind, and personable, to highlight a few of her amazing traits. My experience with Laura actually surpassed my already high expectations. I had one 30-minute conversation with her to express my needs, she presented 1 candidate who was spot-on, and less than 2 weeks later, I offered the role to her one candidate. What I accomplished with Laura in less than 2 weeks was more than I accomplished internally in 4 months and I’m confident to say was more than I would have accomplished with a competitor firm. I chose Skywater because of Laura and remain very loyal to her.

Regarding my experience working with SkyWater Search, I was very pleased. On the front end, I thought there was a lot of attention paid to gaining specific candidate requirements for the position and that the candidates presented were vetted and were legitimate candidates. Persistence was good without being pushy and follow up was good as well. I have had bad experiences with other recruiting companies recently, so my experience with SkyWater was refreshing.
