It has been great as a hiring manager to work with Emma and Skywater Search. The quality of candidates has been high and the communication with Emma has been consistent and clear. She is truly a pleasure to work with!!

I worked with Brian Rudolf on a placement, and it was an excellent process. VERY strong candidates that made it hard to pick. Our company keeps coming back to Skywater time and time again because we have been so impressed with the service and candidates. We are now placing a Sr. Accountant with Allie Bornstein, and still working with Kyle on one other role.

I’ve consistently been impressed with Emma and the quality of her placements. Time and again, she has delivered exceptional candidates in situations where other recruiters were unable to do so. Working with Stephen has been great from start to finish. He was on top of things, listened well and never pushy.

Emma was fantastic to work with. She communicated in a timely and effective manner for us, provided answers to any questions we had, and provided her advice when we requested it of her.  We’re hopeful we found long-term successful national account managers for our company through this process and Emma’s assistance.

Stephen knows our culture well and knows what our team is looking for in candidates.  Sometimes the candidates ask Stephen if he works for us internally because he knows us so well!  That is a huge plus when we are recruiting for our positions.  I appreciate that he goes out of his way to find the right fit for our business and culture and our hiring managers are tough to please.  Nice to put our trust in a company and a recruiter that we value so much.  I look forward to continuing with Stephen and team.

We had a great experience working with Scott.  I could tell he did a great deal of research into each candidate and his explanations as to why he chose them were very informative. We are very happy with our decision to hire our top candidate. The process was incredibly smooth, and we really appreciated Paul’s time at the beginning.  He did a great job of explaining our options and getting us set up for success.

We also enjoyed working with Allie, she did a great job finding another candidate for us, and did a wonderful job of explaining her process and giving us background on each candidate.

Our new hire happened to be the first candidate Scott provided, but he certainly took into account the profile we were looking for. This is a position that historically has taken us time, so to find a match early in the process was positive for us.
