What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll serve as a senior leader across key accounts – owning the relationship, the work, and the growth. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Lead both internal teams and client relationships with a clear strategic vision
  • Act as a senior partner to clients, offering thoughtful business counsel and creative solutions
  • Drive the development of integrated campaigns across media, strategy, and creative
  • Bring a strong understanding of digital, analytics, eCommerce, and retail marketing
  • Own presentations end-to-end – from shaping the story to delivering with confidence
  • Keep momentum high by proactively solving problems and navigating challenges
  • Oversee scopes, guide fee conversations, and ensure overall account health and profitability
  • Identify and lead organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
  • Help evolve ways of working by identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of account management experience within a creatively-driven agency
  • A proven track record of leading modern, integrated campaigns
  • Experience managing complex projects across multiple channels
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and build client trust
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset paired with a passion for creative problem-solving
  • Naturally curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented
