Account Supervisor

Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

I’m partnering with a tech-forward, creatively-driven indie agency here in Minneapolis that’s looking to add an Account Supervisor to their growing team.

This is not a traditional agency environment. This team operates as a true extension of their clients—working in a highly collaborative, fast-moving, and non-siloed way to build brands, content, and digital experiences that give companies a lasting edge. The Opportunity

This role will serve as a key day-to-day client lead, acting as the connective tissue between clients and internal teams. You’ll partner closely with creative, strategy, and production to ensure work is not only delivered seamlessly, but pushes boundaries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day client communication and relationship management
• Translating client needs into clear direction for internal teams
• Managing projects across timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Partnering cross-functionally to bring ideas to life in a cohesive way
• Anticipating challenges and proactively problem-solving
• Identifying opportunities for organic account growth
• Contributing to a collaborative, positive, and solutions-oriented team environment

What They’re Looking For

• 4+ years of account management experience within non-traditional or modern agency environments
• Experience working across brand, content, and digital experiences—where strategy, storytelling, and technology come together seamlessly
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• A proactive, self-starter mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Highly organized but flexible in your approach
