Accounting Manager
We’re partnering with a manufacturing company in the Twin Cities that looking to hire a Senior Accounting Manager to their team. This role will be key in helping the senior leadership build out the accounting process and procedures for the company.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical accounting under US GAAP, FAR, and CAS
- Own government-contract reporting, cost pools, and audit readiness
- Partner on ERP implementation and process design
- Support monthly close, internal controls, and future scale initiatives
Desired Skills and Experience
- CPA required
- 7+ years of accounting experience with government contracting exposure
- Strong technical accounting foundation
- Comfortable working in an ever-changing environment
