Accounting Manager
We are partnering with a growing manufacturing company to hire an Accounting Manager to help build and scale the accounting function.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on owning core accounting processes today while helping establish the structure, reporting discipline, and controls needed for a rapidly growing, multi-entity organization.
Responsibilities
- Own key parts of the close and ensure accurate, timely financials
- Help build scalable processes and improve reporting structure
- Bring clarity to intercompany and multi-entity accounting
- Partner with operations to explain performance and drive decisions
- Support acquisitions, integration, and overall finance growth initiatives
Desired Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of accounting experience (CPA preferred)
- Background in multi-entity, manufacturing, or PE-backed environments a plus
