Accounting Manager
We are partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the north metro to hire an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function and drive process improvement across a growing, fast-moving operation.

Responsibilities
- Own the general ledger, financial close, and reporting activities
- Manage treasury and banking relationships, bank reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting
- Lead the AP team including workload, performance management, and development
- Ensure accuracy in inventory, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing accounting
- Maintain internal controls
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and FP&A on business performance and planning
- Drive process improvement projects (ie reduce manual processes, improve close efficiency, leverage systems, etc.)
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 5+ years of accounting experience; ideally with 1+ in a supervisory role
- Experience in Manufacturing industry
