AR/ AP Analyst (100% remote!)
SkyWater is thrilled to be partnering with a venture-backed healthcare AI company to add an AR/AP Analyst to their team!
This company recently closed a major Series B and has made two acquisitions in the last six months. They’re bringing their billing work onshore, which means this person gets to OWN it – reporting directly to the Director of Finance, with a brand new CFO coming in who’s invested in building out the finance team.
Plus, it’s 100% remote anywhere in the US and a true 40-hour role (!!!)
This role is for someone who takes pride in follow-through and has no problem picking up the phone to collect. It’s not for someone looking to climb the ladder fast – it’s for someone who wants to own the work and do it really well.

Responsibilities
- Own customer invoicing and billing across a large subscription customer base
- Drive collections, including calling customers directly to follow up on past-due balances
- Manage accounts payable
- Respond to customer billing questions and resolve disputes
- Support light accounting tasks
- Assist with payroll, depending on experience
- Partner with the outgoing offshore team on a smooth transition
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and/or billing
- Subscription or recurring revenue billing experience a plus
- Experience with Stripe, Bill.com, and/or Brex highly preferred
- Payroll experience (Gusto) a plus
- Confident and comfortable on the phone with customers
- Self-directed and responsive in a fully remote setting, with a strong sense of ownership
