We are partnering with one of our favorite clients to add an AR Staff Accountant to their team. This is a company we’ve worked with extensively over the years, placing multiple individuals across their accounting and finance function, and we know the hiring manager extremely well. It’s a collaborative, values-driven environment with a genuinely strong culture and leadership team.

This role is ideal for someone coming from an AR/accounting background who wants broader exposure and the opportunity to continue growing within accounting operations.

The position supports the full lifecycle of project-based billing and operational accounting within a professional services environment. Responsibilities include project setup, supporting Statements of Work (SOWs), tracking time and materials, invoicing, collections, sales tax support, and assisting with month-end accounting activities. The role is roughly 60% transactional/operational accounting and 40% broader accounting support.

What they’re looking for:

• 1–3+ years of accounting, AR, or operational accounting experience
• Strong systems experience required (ERP exposure preferred)
• Experience working with large datasets in Excel
• Exposure to invoicing, collections, project billing, or time/materials environments strongly preferred
• Collaborative personality with strong communication skills and willingness to learn
