Associate Attorney
A well-regarded Minneapolis-based litigation boutique is seeking a mid-level associate to join its growing team. The firm handles complex, high-stakes commercial litigation matters and offers a collaborative, trial-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of litigation experience, with a strong foundation in drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and supporting depositions and trial preparation. Experience with commercial disputes is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable taking on meaningful responsibility, working closely with partners and clients, and managing aspects of cases independently. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential, along with attention to detail and sound judgment.
