We are partnering with a rapidly growing consumer products company in the beauty and personal care space that is entering an exciting new phase of brand investment and retail expansion.
Backed by new investment and strong retail partnerships, the company is revitalizing several established brands while launching new ones into major national retailers.
This role offers a rare opportunity to own multiple retail brands and help shape their next phase of growth.

The Brand Manager will partner closely with product development, sales, digital, and creative teams to bring new products to market, strengthen brand positioning, and support expansion across key retail partners including Target, Ulta Beauty, and Sally Beauty.
Even more exciting, this role reports to an exceptional marketing leader with deep experience building and scaling successful consumer brands — someone known for mentoring talent, developing strong marketers, and creating an environment where people can truly grow in their careers.

Unlike highly specialized roles in large companies, this position offers true brand ownership and cross-functional influence.

You will have the opportunity to:
• Help guide the innovation pipeline for multiple consumer brands
• Partner with internal teams to bring new products from concept to shelf
• Support major retailer line reviews and product launches
• Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and brand channels

What You’ll Be Working On
This role sits at the center of brand growth and innovation. Responsibilities include:
• Developing brand strategy and supporting retail growth initiatives
• Leading product innovation projects in partnership with internal lab and product teams
• Supporting retailer presentations and line reviews
• Partnering with creative teams to develop marketing campaigns and brand assets
• Analyzing sales performance and market trends to refine strategy
• Collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product, and digital teams

The Ideal Background
We’re looking for a marketer who thrives in brand-building environments and understands the dynamics of consumer products sold through retail.
Strong candidates typically bring:
5–10 years of marketing experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG)
• Experience working on brands sold through retailers such as Target, Ulta, Walmart, or Sally Beauty
• Passion for beauty, personal care, or lifestyle consumer brands
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Both analytical and creative thinking

Experience in beauty, haircare, or personal care is highly preferred
