Civil Project Manager
We are looking for a Civil Engineering Project Manager who is looking for an opportunity to be a part of a rapid-growth team, engage in leadership activities, and manage civil engineering projects and client relationships.
This role will be a part of a small but growing infrastructure development team; current trajectory has our local office doubling our team size.

Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and deliver projects within budget, meeting schedule contractual commitments
- Lead technical project activities focused in infrastructure including but not limited to waste water, water systems, utilities, pump stations, and roadways
- Indirectly lead and develop other engineers and project managers on your immediate team
- Manage permitting agency relationships and develop technical feasibility studies, engineering designs, and technical reports
- Lead proposals and development of scope, schedule, and budget.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- PE License in South Dakota, or ability to apply for reciprocity
- 7+ years of hands-on civil enginering experience including design, reports, feasibility studies, and permitting processes
- Minimum of 3 years working directly with customers.
