Client Analytics & Relationship Analyst
We are working with a local private $12B+ firm to help build out their Intermediary Distribution team.
This person will play a critical role as a liaison between the firm and its relationships with financial advisors, banks, consultants and external professionals working alongside the VP of Investor Relations. This role will have a heavy focus on financial data and analytics to enhance service.
Products include Mutual Funds, ETFs, Private Funds and Separately Managed Accounts.
We are looking for someone who can help create client service plans, provide support and marketing materials, answer questions and plan seminars.
Investment knowledge and strong salesforce experience desired.
FINRA Series 7 & 63 or ability to obtain strongly desired.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management ? Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted, long-term relationships that reflect firm's commitment to excellence ? Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service delivery ? Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities ? Proactively anticipate client needs and recommend solutions that add value ? Maintain detailed client records and track all interactions using Salesforce CRM Data & Analytics Support ? Utilize financial intermediary data providers (e.g., Discovery Data, Salesforce, Synfini) to support client requests ? Build and deliver customized reports and presentations tailored to individual client needs ? Leverage AI and analytics tools to generate insights and enhance client deliverables ? Refine and optimize existing datasets to ensure accuracy and relevance ? Translate complex data into clear, actionable information for clients Business Development & Client Engagement ? Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship development ? Plan, organize, and facilitate client meetings, presentations, and educational seminars ? Travel to client sites for in-person meetings and relationship building ? Represent Mairs and Power at industry conferences and networking events ? Develop materials and resources to support client education and engagement Technical Skills: ? Proven experience working with financial intermediary data providers and industry platforms ? Proficiency in Salesforce and similar CRM systems ? Ability to build reports, analyze data, and generate client-ready deliverables ? Experience utilizing AI tools for data analysis and client solutions Communication & Interpersonal Skills: ? Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities ? Strong client-facing skills with a service-oriented approach ? Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships ? Active listening skills and ability to understand and address client needs Work Style & Organizational Skills: ? Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative ? Strong planning and organizational capabilities ? Experience coordinating meetings, seminars, and client events ? Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple client demands ? Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset Other Requirements: ? Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
Desired Skills and Experience
? Bachelor's degree required ? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry with demonstrated client service experience ? FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or ability to obtain) ? Knowledge of the financial intermediary landscape and industry trends ? Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) ? Familiarity with Python, SQL, or other programming languages
