We’ve partnered with a well-established brand consultancy to identify an experienced Client Service & Strategy Director to join their growing leadership team. This is a senior-level opportunity for a strategic thinker and relationship-builder who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, client leadership, and integrated marketing.

The Account & Strategy Director will play a critical role in shaping client partnerships, guiding strategic initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, impactful work. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while helping drive agency growth, operational excellence, and team development.

This role is ideal for someone who brings both big-picture strategic thinking and hands-on leadership experience within an agency or consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Brand Strategy Leadership

Lead the development and execution of strategic client engagements across branding, marketing, and communications initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading brand positioning and messaging development

  • Guiding integrated marketing and communications strategy

  • Developing strategic recommendations and key client deliverables

  • Facilitating discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and strategic planning engagements

  • Translating complex business challenges into actionable brand and marketing strategies

  • Ensuring strategic work balances insight, creativity, and executional practicality

  • Overseeing presentation development and executive-level storytelling

  • Elevating the quality and consistency of strategic thinking across client work

Client Relationship Leadership

Serve as a senior strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients across a variety of industries and engagements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading senior-level client relationships and strategic conversations

  • Contributing positively to agency culture, communication, and team engagement

Business Growth & Account Leadership

Support agency growth through strategic partnership development, account expansion, and new business initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to agency growth strategy and leadership planning

  • Supporting new business opportunities and proposal development

  • Identifying opportunities to deepen and expand existing client relationships

  • Participating in pitch development and strategic presentations

Ideal Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, agency leadership, consulting, or client services

  • Proven success leading complex client relationships and strategic engagements

  • Strong understanding of branding, messaging, marketing, and communications strategy

  • Experience leading and collaborating across cross-functional teams

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

  • Ability to think strategically while managing executional details

  • Experience contributing to business development and organizational growth
