Commercial Litigation Associate
A national law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Los Angeles office. The role involves working on complex disputes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery and fact development, and contributing to overall case strategy. Associates will have the opportunity to support matters through all stages, including depositions and trial.
Qualified candidates will have 3-8 years of litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to handle substantive responsibilities independently. Experience with complex commercial disputes is preferred, with real estate exposure considered a plus. Active California bar admission is required.
