This is a business?partner role, not a back?office IT post. You’ll own the digital?technology strategy and roadmap across the construction lifecycle, partner directly with operating leaders, and lead a team of 10+. The mandate is real influence: turning technology from an “order?taker” into a trusted advisor with a seat at the table — backed by a company genuinely investing in tech to grow.
