Controller
Location: Blaine, MN
Comp: up to 130K + Bonus potential
We are partnering with a fast growing manufacturing company to identify a Site Controller for one of its core operating locations in Minnesota
This role is responsible for the full accounting and operational finance oversight at the site. The position works closely with plant leadership and the CFO to drive visibility, discipline, and scalable processes as the business grows.

Responsibilities
- Own the site’s monthly close, balance sheet, and reporting
- Oversee AR/AP
- Lead inventory, WIP, and standard cost variance analysis
- Partner with operations to translate KPIs into financial insight
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and capex tracking
- Help document and standardize processes ahead of shared services
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong inventory and cost accounting experience
- Hands-on, proactive mindset
- Comfortable in a changing, growth-oriented business
