Controller

  • Job Tag: #LI-CR1
  • Posted: January 23,2026

We’re been fully retained by a private equity-backed company with a long history, a lot of heart, and a caring leadership team to find their next Controller. The business is entering a major growth phase, targeting 5x growth, while being incredibly intentional about culture, collaboration, and bringing in people who are genuinely passionate about what they do.

They’re hiring a Controller because they want more than someone to keep the lights on. They want energy, curiosity, and pride in the work. This role is for someone who wants to build, improve, and be part of the story going forward, not just maintain what already exists.

Hard skills matter and an active CPA is a must. But the intangibles matter just as much. Leadership is looking for someone who is passionate, curious, growth-oriented, low ego, and excited by change. This is an opportunity to have a real voice, make an impact early, and help shape what the next chapter looks like.

The role is fully on-site with regular time spent partnering with a manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on, visible role within a collaborative leadership team that values showing up, doing great work, and enjoying the people you work with along the way.
