Data & Analytics Architect
SkyWater has partnered with a technology company in the Twin Cities hiring a Data and Analytics Architect to own its enterprise data architecture. This is a full-time, permanent role, onsite four days a week, reporting to a technology leader.
The company is modernizing its data platform and wants one person to set the direction: how data is modeled, how business domains hand data to each other, and how analytics, reporting, and AI work get built on top. You will guide distributed and offshore delivery teams, so the job is as much about standards and judgment as it is about design.
Non-negotiables
- Hands-on Medallion architecture experience
- 8+ years designing enterprise-scale data platforms
- Strong data modeling and governance background in a regulated environment
Why it is worth a look: this is an architecture seat with real influence on data strategy, not a maintenance role. Base is $175,000 to $215,000, plus bonus and equity.
