Director of Business Development
I am partnered with multi-billion dollar and growing, global investment firm focused on delivering differentiated credit and alternative investment strategies to institutional investors. As the firm continues to expand its presence in North America, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development/Capital Formation professional to help drive capital raising efforts and build long-term relationships across the U.S. market.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth platform with strong investment capabilities and increasing brand momentum, working directly with senior leadership to shape and execute the firm’s North American distribution strategy.
Experience in institutional sales is required. Exposure to credit, hedge fund, alternative investment strategies or private equity secondaries is desired.
*Position is based on the East Coast and requires the ability to travel.

Responsibilities
-5–12+ years of experience in institutional sales, capital raising, or investor relations within asset management or alternatives -Strong network across U.S. institutional investors and/or consultants -Experience selling credit, hedge fund, or alternative investment strategies preferred -Demonstrated ability to drive new business and close mandates -Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a lean, growth-oriented environment -Highly polished, client-facing communicator with strong commercial instincts
