Director of Client Services & Operations

SkyWater is partnering with an elite Financial Advisor seeking a Director of Client Operations to lead the operational tasks for their personal practice, with a specialization in investment operations. This role offers the opportunity to work with the advisor in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on a hybrid schedule. This position requires industry experience, above-and-beyond client service, and exceptional organizational skills. It is an opportunity to have an immediate impact on clients while growing with the business and advancing your career within Finance.
LOCATION & SCHEDULE Minnetonka office • Hybrid: 3 days in-office
Responsibilities
- Client correspondence, calendar management, and operational command of the financial planning practice
- Account opening and maintenance for investment accounts, insurance plans, and financial planning agreements
- Preparing documents using financial planning software
Desired Skills and Experience
- REQUIRED
- Securities Licensing: Series 7 and Series 63 and/or Series 66
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license
- Strong client service orientation and ability to deliver above-and-beyond support
