The Role:
This leader will own end-to-end collections strategy, including portfolio performance, KPI optimization, and operational execution. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership—guiding a team, refining outreach and contact strategies, and enhancing borrower engagement while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
-8+ years of experience in collections, loan servicing, or financial services -Proven leadership experience with a focus on coaching and accountability -Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities -Experience with dialer strategy, skip tracing, or collections systems -Ability to balance performance goals with compliance and customer experience
