A fast-growing, family-owned manufacturer of foodservice packaging solutions is seeking a strategic Distribution Channel Manager to own and accelerate performance across its national distributor and redistributor network. Based in the Midwest with up to 50% travel, this high-impact sales role will translate market insights into revenue growth, deepen product penetration, and expand custom and catalog opportunities for mid-sized QSR, fast-casual, and c-store chains.

This is a high travel role- Expect to be on the road and have overnight travel 50% +
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 / year

Responsibilities

- Build and expand strategic partnerships, onboarding new partners while growing existing accounts via in-market activity, trade shows, and end-user collaboration. - Mentor and develop a team of two, setting direction, ensuring data-driven execution in Salesforce, and fostering accountability.

Desired Skills and Experience

- 5–7+ years in foodservice/packaging sales or channel management (paper or plastics preferred). - Proven hunter mentality with success expanding distributor relationships and driving measurable revenue/mix growth. - Experience leading or mentoring sales resources; strong in Salesforce, CRM discipline, and value-based selling.
