Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Senior Associate
SkyWater Search Partners is assisting I’m assisting a top-tier, nationally recognized law firm that is seeking a Senior Associate to join its California-based Technology Companies / Emerging Companies practice.
This role is focused on representing high-growth startups and leading venture capital investors across the full company lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of experience in:
- Venture capital financings and private offerings
- Company-side and investor-side transactions
- General corporate counseling for emerging technology companies
Base comp is between $350,000-440,000+ and offers generous market bonuses.
