Employment Litigation Associate
A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its Boston office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 3–5 years of labor and employment litigation experience who is looking to work on sophisticated employment matters within a collaborative and nationally recognized practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling employment litigation matters, conducting workplace investigations, interviewing witnesses, drafting motions and other legal filings, attending court appearances, and advising employers on a broad range of workplace law issues. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of federal and Massachusetts employment laws, excellent research and writing skills, and strong academic credentials. Admission to practice in Massachusetts is required, and prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
