Executive Assistant to Senior Leader

Are you someone who thrives in a people-centered, mission-driven environment? We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner closely with a senior leader who is deeply engaged with a broad community of stakeholders.

This is a highly visible and relationship-driven role, where you’ll serve as a trusted right hand, helping manage a dynamic schedule, coordinate meaningful interactions, and ensure day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

-Manage a full and ever-changing calendar: Balance competing priorities and ensure the leader’s time is used thoughtfully and strategically -Keep everything moving forward: Prepare for meetings, track follow-ups, and ensure smooth transitions between a highly packed schedule -Serve as a key point of contact: Act as a liaison for internal team members, external partners, and community stakeholders, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and care -Bring organization to complexity: Build systems and processes that help manage shifting priorities and support effective coordination across teams -Support meaningful interactions and events: Assist in coordinating meetings, gatherings, and engagements that are often relationship-focused and community-oriented -Leverage tools and systems: Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other tools to organize information, track engagement, and support communication efforts -Partner on projects and priorities: Help manage special initiatives, track key tasks, and ensure timely execution -Jump in where needed: From high-level coordination to hands-on support, you’re comfortable flexing across a wide range of responsibilities

Desired Skills and Experience

-Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, highly interactive environment -A natural ability to anticipate needs and stay five steps ahead -High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal instincts (you know how to read the room and adjust your approach) -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage thoughtfully with a wide range of individuals -Strong judgment and discretion, especially when handling sensitive or confidential information -A proactive, adaptable, and resourceful mindset -Exceptional organization and attention to detail -Comfort balancing both strategic coordination and day-to-day execution -Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce) is a plus
