Experiential Producer

We’re excited to be partnering with a fantastic experiential agency in search of an Experiential Producer who loves bringing ideas to life and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning projects end-to-end and being at the center of all the moving pieces that make an activation successful.

In this role, you’ll lead mid-sized programs from kickoff through execution—managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and on-site delivery—while building strong, trusted relationships with internal teams and clients.

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish. You’re organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with a natural ability to problem-solve and keep things moving forward. You’re also a strong communicator and a supportive teammate—someone who’s excited to mentor junior producers while continuing to grow in your own career.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead mid-complexity experiential programs from kickoff through wrap
  • Own timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor management from concept through execution
  • Keep projects organized by managing documentation, deliverables, and internal workflows
  • Track and reconcile budgets in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Source and collaborate with vendor partners (fabricators, staffing teams, content partners, freight, and more)
  • Help develop training materials and visual aids when needed
  • Be on-site for events—overseeing installs, managing run of show, and supporting field teams

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a key point of contact across internal teams and client conversations
  • Partner closely with account and creative teams to ensure everything comes together seamlessly
  • Proactively identify and communicate any risks or challenges
  • Help bring creative ideas to life while staying true to the original vision
  • Support vendor conversations to ensure expectations are clear and met

Process & Quality

  • Ensure all deliverables meet a high standard of quality
  • Adapt processes as needed while keeping things organized and efficient
  • Consistently deliver work that is thoughtful, accurate, and on time

Team & Operations

  • Maintain a professional and positive approach in all communications
  • Stay organized with files, assets, and project materials
  • Come prepared and engaged for meetings and key milestones
  • Be a collaborative, team-first partner

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and thoughtful communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Confidence navigating challenges and making decisions
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, and other event-related platforms

Nice to Have

  • Experience with live events, mobile tours, or large-scale activations
  • Familiarity with fabrication and production vendors
  • Exposure to areas like staging, lighting, sound, or talent coordination
  • A curiosity to learn and grow, with openness to feedback

Logistics

  • Remote role (U.S.-based, aligned to Central Time hours)
  • Typical hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, with flexibility depending on project needs
  • Travel will be part of the role depending on programs

Background

  • 4–6 years of experience in experiential marketing (agency experience is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation

  • Full-time position with benefits
  • Salary commensurate with experience
