Experiential Producer

We’ve partnered with a growing, highly regarded independent agency to find an Experiential Producer who loves turning big ideas into unforgettable brand experiences! This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented, collaborative team and take the lead in bringing creative concepts to life through innovative activations, live events, and immersive experiential programs.

We’re looking for a hands-on producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving production challenges, and takes pride in seeing a program come together from start to finish. Reporting to the Group Production Manager, this individual will own and manage multiple programs, often working within fast-tracked timelines and navigating a variety of moving pieces along the way.

From developing project timelines and budgets to sourcing and managing vendor partners, coordinating logistics, and overseeing live execution, this person will be a key driver of successful program delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs, events, and brand activations from kickoff through completion.

  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, production schedules, and executional plans.

  • Source, coordinate, and manage a variety of external partners, including fabricators, staffing agencies, A/V providers, freight carriers, and other production vendors.

  • Oversee production documentation, deliverables, run-of-show schedules, training materials, and operational plans.

  • Partner closely with internal account, creative, and production teams to ensure execution aligns with the creative vision and client expectations.

  • Manage event logistics, including installation, vendor coordination, field teams, and on-site execution as needed.

  • Monitor project budgets, manage vendor costs, and oversee budget reconciliation.

  • Proactively identify potential challenges, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects moving forward when timelines or priorities shift.

  • Maintain quality standards and ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, internal partners, and external vendors throughout the production process.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, live events, or a related field. Agency experience is a plus.

  • Proven ability to independently manage projects from initial planning through final execution.

  • Experience developing and managing budgets, timelines, production schedules, and vendor relationships.

  • Familiarity with live event logistics, fabrication, staging, A/V, staffing, and other production elements.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and other project management tools.

  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend work and travel based on program needs.

The Details

  • Full-time, remote opportunity.

  • Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience.

  • Generous employee benefits.

  • Central Time Zone working hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m. CT), with flexibility as needed for program execution.

  • Occasional travel required depending on client and program needs.
