The Role

The Head of Marketing will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute the company’s marketing and growth strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

Marketing Strategy & Growth Planning
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports both traveler acquisition and long-term customer engagement.

Customer Lifecycle & Retention
Strengthen lifecycle marketing efforts that increase repeat bookings and deepen relationships with past travelers.

Data-Driven Marketing
Leverage customer data and marketing analytics to drive more targeted campaigns and improve marketing performance.

Brand & Storytelling
Strengthen brand positioning and communicate the company’s unique value proposition to travelers and partner organizations.

Lead and Manage

Lead, develop and inspire a marketing team while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Marketing Infrastructure
Evaluate and enhance marketing systems, CRM platforms, and analytics capabilities to support growth.
