This is an exciting opportunity for a business-oriented HR leader who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys building the infrastructure, programs, and capabilities that enable organizations to scale.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational effectiveness, talent, culture, and workforce planning.

  • Leverage workforce analytics to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and measure business impact.

Talent Acquisition, Retention & Workforce Effectiveness

  • Evaluate and enhance recruiting strategies, processes, and resources across a distributed, frontline workforce.

  • Partner with field leadership to improve staffing effectiveness, employee retention, and workforce stability.

  • Build scalable talent practices that support continued expansion.

  • Develop practical talent management, employee engagement, and recognition programs.

  • Foster a consistent, high-performing culture while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit of the organization.

HR Operations & Infrastructure

  • Lead and develop a lean HR team while ensuring effective HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Build scalable HR processes, systems, and tools that improve efficiency and support organizational growth.

  • Support the people-related aspects of acquisitions, integration, and organizational change.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within multi-site, geographically dispersed, frontline-intensive organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute people strategies while remaining actively involved in implementation.

  • Proven success improving talent acquisition, employee retention, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities, with experience translating workforce data into actionable business solutions.

  • Experience building scalable HR processes and infrastructure in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

  • Ability to influence and build credibility with executive leaders and field operators.

  • Franchise or multi-unit operating experience strongly preferred, particularly within consumer services, beauty, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or restaurant environments.

  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integration, or private equity-backed growth environments is a plus.

What Will Make You Successful

We’re looking for a confident, resourceful, and highly accountable leader who is comfortable operating with autonomy and navigating ambiguity. You’ll bring a builder’s mindset, balancing strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute.

Success in this role requires the ability to develop practical, scalable solutions without introducing unnecessary complexity, build trusted relationships across the organization, and connect people initiatives directly to business outcomes.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Build and own the people strategy for a growing, multi-unit organization.

  • Make a meaningful business impact by improving workforce effectiveness, retention, and leadership capability.

  • Partner directly with senior leadership to influence business strategy and organizational growth.

  • Shape the future of the HR function by introducing scalable programs, processes, and infrastructure.

  • Enjoy remote flexibility, with purposeful travel to operating markets approximately quarterly and additional travel as business needs require.
