In House Counsel- Securities/M&A
A financial services firm is adding an attorney to its Minneapolis legal department to support its Investment Banking and Capital Markets group. This role involves providing legal advice on corporate, securities and M&A matters.
Base salary of $175,000 to $200,000 depending on experience. The role is bonus eligible. Comprehensive benefits. Three days per week in office (days flexible).
