International Tax Manager
SkyWater is thrilled to be exclusively partnering with a publicly traded technology company headquartered in downtown Minneapolis to add an International Tax Manager to their growing team.
This company has achieved 100+ consecutive quarters of growth (!!!) As the organization continues expanding internationally, the tax team is evolving alongside it – creating an opportunity for someone to step into a highly visible international tax role within a collaborative and forward-thinking finance organization.
This position will play a key role in supporting the company’s global tax strategy, international compliance, and transfer pricing oversight, while partnering closely with teams across finance, treasury, legal, and accounting.

Responsibilities
- International tax compliance and reporting
- Global transfer pricing policies and documentation
- U.S. international tax calculations including GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits, Subpart F, and BEAT
- Coordination with global advisors regarding statutory filings
- Support international tax provision calculations (ASC 740)
- Monitor changes in global tax regulations and assess impacts
- Partner with treasury and finance teams on cross-border tax planning
- Support tax considerations related to acquisitions and global entity structure
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience
- Exposure to international tax within public accounting or a multinational corporation
- Familiarity with U.S. international tax concepts (GILTI, FDII, transfer pricing, etc.)
- Ability to communicate complex tax concepts to cross-functional stakeholders
- CPA preferred
