Legal Operations Paralegal
A Minneapolis-based private investment firm is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst/Paralegal to support its in-house legal and business teams. This role will focus on corporate governance, entity management, legal operations processes, and transactional support within a fast-paced investment environment. Responsibilities include maintaining corporate records, managing board and ownership documentation, coordinating NDA and regulatory workflows, supporting AML/KYC requests, assisting with closings, and improving legal technology and operational systems.
Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of experience in legal operations, corporate paralegal work, fund administration, or a related role within a law firm, financial services organization, or investment platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, experience supporting complex workflows, and familiarity with fund structures or investor processes. Exposure to legal technology tools, process improvement initiatives, and advanced Excel skills is preferred.
