Litigation Associate Attorney
Skywater Search Partners is assisting an elite Minnesota litigation boutique in its search for a skilled litigation associate.
Our client is a trial-focused firm with a general commercial litigation practice. The attorneys have tried dozens of cases to verdict, and the firm is small by design, built around the idea that associates should be developing as trial lawyers rather than sitting on the sidelines of large teams.
The role
You will take on substantive writing, deposition, and motion practice responsibilities from the outset, with direct partner contact and real ownership of your matters.
What we are looking for
- 2 to 6 years of litigation experience
- Demonstrated writing, deposition, and motion practice responsibility
- Minnesota bar admission or eligibility
Hours and compensation
A 1,700 hour billable requirement with incentive compensation at additional benchmarks. Competitive base salary and full benefits.
