SkyWater is partnering with an existing client in Southern Minnesota to find a Demand Planner for their growing team! This is a newly created role that will own the company’s demand forecast, support supply planning, and serve as the link between sales & operations. This person will be responsible for building & maintaining demand forecasts, keeping production & inventory plans on pace with expected demand, reporting on forecast performance, and maintaining supply & inventory levels while working with company leadership teams (sales, finance, & operations groups). Our client is a growing food manufacturer that’s an industry leader in their sector and has a solid customer base. They recently completed a large expansion project and are adding to their supply chain team to support their continued growth. We’re looking for an experienced demand planner or supply chain professional with experience in the manufacturing sector (food production is a plus but not required).
